The Project involved housing both the Corporate Headquarters and Printing Press facilities for Denny Brothers Ltd a well known and long established national printing company and market leaders in the printing and packaging industry.

The buildings form and shape was generated from a sustainable design approach utilising extensive natural light and ventilation. The office accommodation is accessed off entrance atrium and around a central enclosed landscaped courtyard garden.

The building has become an iconic building in the area with the client adopting and incorporating the silhouette profile of the building within their company logo.
