53,000 sqft extension to the regions largest award winning furniture refatiler at their flag ship retail store in Bury St Edmunds. Comprising extended Retail Sales Floor incorporating double height Entrance Area enclosed by a Curved Mezzanine Retail Sales Floor with associated Bulk Storage Areas with the Existing Sales floor refurbished. A Customers Café was also incorporated into the project. The scheme also included extensive external works including increasing the capacity of the Car Parking and Hard Landscaping features. The building provides an exciting and refreshing retail experience for the consumer.

This enormous state-of-the-art furniture retail store development grew from a defunct headquarters building of an international agricultural engineering business. It has been progressively transformed and considerably extended and now makes a powerful architectural statement on a busy road junction. The materials were selected to provide longevity and low maintenace.
