Lionel, Mark and Max are supported by an experienced technical and administrative team with a wealth of diverse experience and knowledge. 

Ongoing training of staff is a key element of our quality management system encouraging staff to attend accredited courses and obtain further professional qualifications. In parallel to this we run a comprehensive programme of in-house Continuing Professional Development training.
